Joseph Bloggs, is a young artist from Wicklow town. He has a friend, Eamonn Smith, who has an interest in motorbikes. Eamonn asked Joe to put together some ideas for a tatoo. The only problem is that Eamonn already has two tatoos of dragons on his left arm. Both dragons were done by different tatoo artists and as he says himself "don't match".

He has asked Joseph, because of his interest in art, to come up with some designs for a new tatoo which would incorporate, and somewhat harmonize, the two dragons.

Eamonn Smith will be going to Florida for Christmas with his family. He has decided to correspond with a tatoo artist over there prior to going so that he can get the tatoo done on the last day before he comes back to Ireland. This means that getting the tatoo wouldn't efffect him going swimming.

The pressure is on Joseph now to come up with some viable ideas.
